Editorial Team — Kaleo

Contact editor

To reach the senior editor directly, write to editor@kaleo.bet with [editor] in the subject line. The desk is small enough that your message lands in front of a human the same day it arrives. For off-record conversations, say so in the first line and the editor will confirm the terms before you share anything substantive. For legal correspondence or regulator notices, prefer the standard [legal] subject tag so the message is routed to counsel rather than through the editorial queue first.

How we work

Each operator page starts with a 20 USD test deposit so we can see the cashier flow with our own eyes, then an hour of live-chat probing to time support, then an audit of the slot shelf against what the operator claims. The editor drafts, the fact-checker verifies, the senior editor signs off. Nothing publishes without two names on it. When a Kaleo change hits the operator side — a new welcome match, a renamed bonus, a payment rail added — the notice usually lands in our Slack within hours because we subscribe to the operator's affiliate newsletter and run a diff on their T&C page every morning. From notice to published update is typically under 48 hours.

Roles

Two editors run kaleo.bet: a senior reviewer who writes the long-form operator walkthroughs and a cashier analyst who tests deposits and payouts with real small-stake accounts. A fact-checker joins on a per-article basis to confirm licensing numbers, payment-rail availability and bonus terms against the operator's current T&Cs. No ghost writers. The senior reviewer carries a decade of casino-industry copy under her byline, including stints at two European regulators as a consultant on operator-side wording — that background is why our bonus explainers tend to call out the clauses most readers overlook. The cashier analyst comes from a payments-infrastructure background and tests every cashier change with a 20 USD burner account so the review reflects what a new US depositor would actually see on day one.
